Warranty & Policies

Under normal working conditions and proper service, NAPartsllc.com replacement parts are warranted to be free of faults in material and workmanship.
The guarantee will cover the engine for 12 months from the date of installation, regardless of hours of operation, but the total warranty duration will not exceed 18 months from the original purchase date mentioned on the NAPartsllc.com invoice.

Procedure for Notifying Warranty Claims

Before any repair work is done, NAPartsllc.com must be contacted for warranty consideration. All claims for warranty consideration must be made in writing. NAPartsllc.com maintains the right to investigate all aspects of the claim and may request sufficient documentation in the following areas:

Inspection and repair of the fuel injection system
Repairing the intake and turbocharging systems
Repairing the cooling system
Repair of the EGR and aftertreatment systems

Analysis of oil and fluids

NA Parts llc cannot be held liable for errors in evaluation caused by a claimant’s failure to provide all of the parts or information needed to evaluate the claim.


NA Parts llc will offer parts to repair the warrantable failure if the claim is judged warrantable. Only NA Parts llc brand replacement parts will be available. If NA Parts llc is unable to supply replacement components, a credit for the equivalent of NA Parts llc branded parts will be applied to the distributor’s account at their net cost. Warranty credit will be applied to the distributor’s account as merchandise credit.


Labor will be credited at the distributor’s cost of labour, not to exceed $30.00 USD per hour, if applicable. There are no rates for holidays or overtime. Warranty credit will be applied to the distributor’s account as merchandise credit.

Expenses that are not covered by the NA Parts llc Warranty

Freight charges, towing charges, travel time and expenditures, diagnostic and troubleshooting time, shop supplies, down time, and machinery rental are all examples of non-covered expenses under the NA Parts llc warranty policy.

Installer’s Obligation

Parts for sophisticated power systems are available from NA Parts llc. An expert technician must install the parts according to industry standards. Prior to installation, the installation professional must check that all parts are correct and inspect them for damage. According to OEM service literature, all requirements and procedures must be verified and followed.

Responsibility of the owner/operator

The owner/operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the machine within the parameters specified in the OEM operator’s and maintenance manuals.

Failures caused by faulty installation, part modification, improper break-in, inappropriate maintenance, operator abuse, or progressive damage caused by continuing engine operation when indicators of a malfunction are present are not covered by NA Parts llc’s warranty.


This guarantee is only available to NA Parts llc direct customers and is non-transferable. All other warranties, whether stated or implied, are disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability and/or suitability for a specific purpose.

Returns & Claims

All claims should be reported to NA Parts llc within five days of receiving the product, via fax, phone, e-mail, or mail.

Without previous explicit authorisation from NA Parts llc, returned products will not be accepted. For approval, all return requests must be submitted in advance. All returned items require a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number from NA Parts llc. Unless otherwise specified, all parts are returned by prepaid freight. Returns can be denied or the freight fee levied back to the customer if sent collect. Return all parts in their original packing. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to parts that are returned unclean or ordered incorrectly by the client. Any parts that have been used, are damaged, or are not fit for sale will not be accepted for credit. RMAs must be received within 30 days of the date of issuing. RMAs that are not received will be cancelled. Customers who allege under-shipment on purchases transported outside of the continental US may be eligible for a credit.

Credits take 30 days to process from the time the goods is received. Customers must retain all return information, including the RMA and tracking numbers.

NA Parts llc asserts that it is under no duty to provide credit for outmoded items.

After one year from the invoice date, products will not be considered for credit.

No credit will be given for gasket sets that have been opened or re-taped.

Policy on backorders

Unless otherwise noted, backorders will be cancelled.

Policy on Credit

Prior to shipment, all products must be paid for. Over the phone and online, major credit cards are accepted. Our Customer Service department can provide information on bank wire transactions. Customers have 30 days to choose which invoice to apply the credit to, after which the credit will be applied to the oldest invoice available.

Customers with credit approval:

If your payment term is 30 days, all invoices are due 30 days after the invoice date (Net 30).

Credit Card terms will be applied to accounts that are 60 days past due.

All accounts that are 30 days past due will be charged a 1.5 percent monthly interest fee.

Policy on freight

NA Parts llc will prepay freight on goods exceeding $1,000 shipped through UPS ground or Fedex ground inside the continental United States. On shipments above $2,500 shipped by truck freight, NA Parts llc will prepay freight. All prices are FOB (free on board) our warehouses.

NA Parts llc has the right to charge customers extra freight if the freight carrier classifies the delivery as “home” rather than “business,” resulting in higher freight expenses.
